What are your browser requirements?
iFunCity site is designed to use with the latest versions of standards-compliant browsers. If you currently use versions of these browsers that are older, you may experience technical difficulties during online ordering. To purchase products online at iFunCity, you must use a browser that is SSL-compliant and has a "secure mode." (To ensure your browser is secure, look for a closed lock or an unbroken key at the bottom of the Checkout page.) You must also have JavaScript enabled in your browser's preferences. We recommend downloading the latest browser releases of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to fully experience our site. If you continue to access our site with a browser other than those recommended above, key functions such as Google Checkout (online ordering) and registration may not work properly.
The new version of this website has been designed with standards in mind for two reasons: it is easier for us to maintain and should provide a better shopping experience for you by giving you access to a faster-loading and more accessible site. We built our website on web standards put forth by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). This move should position us to support a broader range of browser platforms in the future, including PDAs and mobile phones.

I got a "page not found" error, what do I do?
If you see an error indicating that the "Page not found", it could mean a couple of different things. Check the following: Double check the Web address that you typed in, if an address that does not exist is typed in the address line, this message will be generated. The most frequent place an error is made is in typing in an incorrect domain name, i.e. mistyping .com, .org, .net and/or entering the Web address with the incorrect domain name. If you see that one of these things could be wrong, try re-entering the Web address for the Web site.
It could be a result of heavy traffic on the Internet. It could mean that the page you are trying to visit cannot be downloaded within the expected period of time. Usually, this is the result of heavy traffic on our site, your Internet service provider, or some connecting facility between you and our site. To solve this problem, first try refreshing the page by clicking the "refresh" or "reload" button on your browser. Often, this will solve the problem, but if you continue to see error messages, try again after a few minutes to see if the traffic has cleared.
Your browser may not be set to work on a secure site. Many of the older browsers have a 128-bit security setting. (There are also instances when a browser setting will lose its setting of 128-bit encryption). If you do not have a 128-bit security setting you will not be able to order from our site. In some cases you can upgrade the security setting on your browser, if your browser version does not support 128-bit encryption, you will need to upgrade your browser version. Contact your Internet Service Provider for assistance.

My system froze up while I was on your site, what does that mean?
You may receive a system error message from your computer. A system error is one that occurs within the programming of your computer, and can result in a number of symptoms, ranging from a simple warning to your system closing down programs or "freezing up" at a particular point. These errors are the result of a conflict within the operating system of your computer, are somewhat common for internet users, and are not related to Web site programming.
For most system errors, the best solution is to close down any active programs (be sure to save any important data) and reboot your computer. This reboot allows the operating system to clear the erroneous data from the system memory, and you can usually return to the Web site with no further difficulties.
Should you encounter a persistent system error that is not cleared by rebooting the computer, please contact your Internet service provider or software or hardware supplier for assistance. If you continue to experience problems, please call our Technical Department at (626) 802-1515.

Why am I getting a page with a bunch of jumbled words?
If you are an AOL user and you're getting jumble or junk, check to see what AOL version you're using. If you're using AOL 4.0, this is an error specific to this version of the AOL browser. Just click on "Reload" or "Refresh" on your browser, and that should take you to the next page without the jumble.
